Then shape the dough into approx. 20 rolls on a floured work surface. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper, cover and let rise for another 25 minutes.
Before baking, score the rolls with a sharp knife and moisten with water. Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 220 ° C top / bottom heat for 15 minutes and then bake for another 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
