Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and sauté in butter or vegetable fat (shouldn`t take color). Add the spelled grist or the spelled flakes, sauté briefly and add the water. Add the vegetable stock cube, lovage and salt and pepper to taste and simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes.
