The recipe sounds a little adventurous, but I can only recommend that you try it out! The soup is ready in 15 minutes and kindles a firework of flavors on the palate! Not for wimps, as the soup is very spicy!
Bring the water and coconut milk to a simmer in a saucepan and season with 2 teaspoons of vegetable stock. Then add 1 teaspoon of the yellow curry paste and stir well. Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of ketjap manis and a little honey while stirring while the soup simmered gently.
Then add curry ketchup and rice and simmer for about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
An ideal soup for the winter time! Guaranteed to be free from colds.
