Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Peel and halve the avocado and remove the stone. Cut the halves into slices approx. 5 mm thick. Arrange tomato and avocado slices nicely in flakes on 2 plates.
  2. Finely dice the ham. Fry together with the onions in a pan for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the squeezed garlic to the pan. Deglaze with vinegar. Add the oil and stir everything together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour warm over the tomato and avocado slices.
  3. Wash the turkey schnitzel and pat dry. season and fry completely in a non-stick pan (if you don`t look for calories in oil or butter).
  4. Per serving: carbohydrates 1.0 g / F 32 g / E 40 g
  5. Regarding fat: 11.8 g of this can be attributed to avocados - so it doesn`t make you fat!
