Prick the feta cheese a little on the top with a fork. Carefully drizzle the olive oil over it. Season with salt and herbs.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat. Place the feta on a baking sheet with baking foil and put in the oven. Take the feta out of the oven when it is melted and has a light brown crust on the top.

As a main course, you can garnish the feta with delicious fruits such as grapes, figs or pears. It is best to eat it warm because it has the best consistency.
