- Mix the soy sauce, oil, chilli pepper, curry and ginger together. Marinate the chopped beef in it for at least 30 minutes and then fry in hot oil.
- Tie the lemongrass together (so that it does not fray) and beat the ends so that the aroma develops better.
- Remove the meat from the pan / wok and fry the lemongrass with the onion.
- When the latter is golden brown, add the tomatoes and sauté as well. Add the meat again and let it steep for a short time.
- Cook rice with lemongrass and refine the chili powder.
- Remove lemongrass and serve.
