Make a cheese shortcrust from flour, butter, grated cheese, paprika, salt and cream. Put approx. 2/3 of it in a round cake tin (26cm) (with rim) and put in a cool place.
Spread the broccoli on the dough. Dice ham and pour over. Whip the cream with sour cream until stiff, fold in the eggs, cheese and flour. Season well with the spices and pour over the broccoli.
Form a kind of grid out of the remaining shortcrust pastry and place on the cake. Baking time: approx. 40 minutes at 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
