g Brussels sprouts, washed, cleaned, well cooked

onion (s), red, finely diced
2
tablespoon butter (no margarine or other fat)
some salt and pepper
some chilli powder or 1 fresh chilli pepper

Instructions
Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions in it, add the cooked Brussels sprouts and mix carefully (!). Season well with salt, pepper and chili powder.
If you want, you can also take a chilli pepper and fry it with the onion.
