Instructions

  1. Bulgur (Bulgur wheat, also: Boulghour, Bulghur or Arabic Burghul) is a precooked wheat and is mainly made from durum wheat.
  2. Prepare bulgur according to the instructions on the package (there are different types of preparation!).
  3. Crumble the sheep`s cheese well, dice the tomatoes (optionally also without the inner workings), olives, chilli peppers (without seeds), spring onions and leaf parsley very small.
  4. Mix the white wine vinegar, oil and tomato paste. Add the bulgur and fold in well. Add the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. I always make the salad by feel. Depending on your preference, you can add more of the preferred ingredients or leave something out. If you like it really hot, you can also use the chilli seeds and / or take more chillies.
  6. Tip: Other possible ingredients are garlic, black olives, etc.
