Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into fine strips. Peel and roughly grate the cucumber, cut the olives into slices. Wash and finely chop the dill. Wash the cress and cut from the bed.
  2. Mix the buttermilk with the sour milk, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir in the radishes, cucumber, olives and herbs and chill for approx. 1 hour.
  3. Rinse the prawns with cold water and skewer 2 prawns on a lemongrass stick. Heat the olive oil in the pan and fry the prawns for approx. 2 minutes on each side, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve the buttermilk cold bowl with the prawn skewer.
  5. The cold bowl can be varied according to your mood. It also tastes good if the cucumber is pitted, mashed and mixed with buttermilk and sour milk. Instead of radishes, pureed avocado or hard-boiled eggs in slices, as a vegetable garnish, red and yellow peppers finely diced.
