Instructions

  1. Prepare a smooth dough from the dough ingredients. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the ham into small cubes, finely cut the wild garlic into strips. (keep some leaves for garnish) Cut the smoked pork into small cubes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Froth the butter in a pan, leave out the ham, add the chopped wild garlic leaves and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Refrigerate. Grease a baking tin, roll out the dough, use it to line the mold up to the edge and prick the dough base several times with a fork. Mix the sour cream with the eggs, add the wild garlic, grated cheese and smoked pork, season and distribute on the dough. Bake in the oven for about 45 to 60 minutes.
  4. Serve hot and garnish with the wild garlic leaves.
