Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips (preferably with a V-shaped slicer, it goes faster). Mix with a little salt in a bowl. Peel the garlic and press it with a garlic press (preferably in the middle). Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and pour over the garlic. Mix everything and season with chilli, pepper and vinegar to taste. Place the glass noodles in hot water and let them soften (according to the instructions on the package). Then mix with the carrots and season the salad again with salt, pepper, chilli and vinegar. Stir the carrot salad well and let it cool and steep.
