Peel the onion and cut into small cubes and fry in the hot oil until translucent, then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add the diced potatoes and diced carrots and fill up with the broth. Add the spices and the crushed garlic and then close with the lid of the pressure cooker. When the 2 rings are reached, switch back to a lower flame and cook for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, switch off the stove and wait until the pressure has reduced.
Then open the lid and use a potato masher to work the stew as finely or roughly as you want. Do not puree !!
