Liver fried with onions is a common dish. But if you add sugar, tangerine slices, soy sauce, and garlic when frying onions, and then mix everything with fried chicken liver, you get an unusual dish with a spicy-sweet and sour taste and a great aroma. Simple and familiar, but with a bright flavor and color accent.
