Instructions

  1. Cut the cooked chicken breast (I prefer that from a cooked soup chicken) into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and remove the core from the pepper fruit. Cut the onion, bell pepper, pickled cucumber, jalapeño and olives into small cubes. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Make a sauce from the sour cream, ajvar, cucumber water, salt and sugar in another bowl. Season to taste (I like to add some chilli). Now add this sauce to the other ingredients and stir well. Everything should go through for about 2 - 3 hours.
  3. I like to serve fresh bread rolls with it.
