Wash and dry the chicken wings. Mix the olive oil, honey and lemon juice (you can also use less) in a bowl. The mass becomes thicker. Then peel off the garlic cloves, chop and add. Season very strongly with salt, pepper, chilli, cayenne pepper and herbs from Provence. Mix again. Then put the mixture on the chicken wings (I always do this by hand and rub everything in nicely). It is best to let it soak in overnight.
The chicken wings are then roasted on the hot grill, but that can certainly also be done in the oven.
