Instructions

  1. Clean, core and finely chop the chilli peppers. Mix in a bowl with the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and lemon juice and season with salt.
  2. Clean, quarter and wash the cabbage and remove the stalk and thick leaf veins. Cut the cabbage leaves into very thin strips.
  3. Peel the pineapple, remove the central stem and cut the pulp into slices. Dice the slices. Add the cabbage and pineapple to the salad sauce and mix everything well. Let the salad steep for at least 1 hour.
  4. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Sprinkle over the salad before serving.
