Peel and finely dice onions and garlic. Put the low-fat quark in a bowl and stir with approx. 3 tablespoons of water until creamy. Add the mustard, chilli and paprika and stir the quark until it turns evenly pink. Add onions, garlic, minced meat and breadcrumbs and knead well. Shape meatballs with damp hands and fry on both sides over low heat.
Homemade bread and a cucumber salad with yoghurt go well with this.
