Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the sheep`s cheese in a food processor or with a hand mixer. Add the finely chopped bell pepper, the garlic and the chilli pepper (if you like it less spicy - without the seeds) and mix well together. Finally cut the chives into fine rings and mix in. Season to taste with salt and pepper. It is best to let it sit for several hours before consumption.
  2. Great for grilling, buffets, dipping vegetables and crackers.
