Instructions

  1. First, boil the eggs hard, quench them, peel them and cut them into strips with the egg cutter. Finely dice the pickles, bell pepper and onion and add to the eggs. Then cream fraiche and some of the cucumber water and paprika water. Mix everything together, then season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Let it go a little, at least 10 minutes.
  2. Tastes super delicious on fresh Sunday rolls!
