Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes until it is firm to the bite.
  2. In the meantime, mix the oil, soy sauce and stock powder with a little salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Cut the onion, carrot sticks, peppers and spring onions into small pieces, very small. (I have 40 g packets of spring onions and carrots in the freezer for a soup that I make every now and then, of course it can be a little more.)
  4. Drain the pasta and place in a pan, then add all the other ingredients. Fry everything for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  6. You can also use leftover pasta from the day before.
  7. A little garlic or garlic powder refines the recipe.
  8. This recipe is vegetarian, but even someone who loves meat will not miss it with this recipe, the seasoning makes sure of that. (And if you do, you can add some minced meat.)
