Pour enough olive oil into a large pan until approx. 2 - 3 mm of the bottom is covered. Add the chopped chilies to the oil and heat on low to medium heat. The chillies should not be fried, but rather give off their heat to the oil.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water while cutting the garlic cloves into small cubes. If you like, you can cut it into slices, but please do not press it. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
Heat the pan with the oil two minutes before the end of the cooking time of the pasta. Put the chopped garlic cloves and the halved tomatoes in the hot oil and fry briefly. Be careful, the garlic must not turn brown, otherwise it will taste bitter.
Then put the North Sea shrimps in the oil and let them heat up briefly. It`s very quick, the crabs are already cooked. Salt. Drain the pasta and put it back in the saucepan. Pour the oil, crab and tomato mixture over the pasta and mix carefully.
Put the pasta on the plates, serve with freshly grated Parmesan and a dollop of sour cream.
