Peel and dice the onion and fry in the butter until translucent. Add green spelled grist and roast while stirring. Deglaze with the broth. Leave to swell over a mild heat for approx. 20 minutes.
Finely chop the herbs and add with the grated Gouda cheese. Mix the egg and peanuts into the batter and season with the spices. Shape the mixture into small patties and fry them in the oil on both sides until crispy.
