Shape the minced meat into 12 rolls and wrap each roll with a slice of ham. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the meat rolls vigorously on all sides.
Put the minced meat rolls in a large baking dish, season the tomato sauce again and add some cream if necessary. Add the sauce to the meat rolls. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
