• 1 chicken, ready to cook and cut up

• 2 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons sugar, brown

Instructions

1. Mix the ingredients into a marinade and mix with the chicken. A couple of hours, covered, ideally overnight in the refrigerator. Cook in the oven on the grill at 180 degrees, then cover again with the remaining marinade after half the baking time (approx. 45 min). Important! Slide the juice tray under the grill and cover it with aluminum foil, otherwise the washing up will be a mess!
