Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente as usual.
  2. In the meantime, gently fry the finely chopped shallot and the chopped garlic in a pan in olive oil over medium heat, then add a little chilli and the sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti with about 3 tablespoons of the cooking water to the pan, add the lemon peel and capers, season with sea salt and pepper and let everything simmer briefly.
  4. Serve sprinkled with the fresh herbs and enjoy.
