While the rice is cooking, cut the bacon and peeled onions into cubes, liver, tomato peppers and cucumber into strips.
Fry the bacon and onions with the oil in a pan until golden. Turn the liver in flour and season with a little salt and pepper to taste. Fry for about 5 minutes. Add the paprika powder.
Add the rice, tomato peppers and cucumber and mix well. Let the butter melt in it. Garnish with parsley.
