Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Put in a saucepan, season with salt, add the bay leaf and allspice grains, fill up with water and boil. Check the potato cubes every now and then. When the cubes are soft, drain the cooking water properly and pick out the bay leaf and allspice kernels and remove them. Mix the potato cubes into a pulp with the mixer and mix with milk, or cream for those who like it more substantial. Add a little butter for the taste. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste done.
  2. Goes well with sausages.
