Instructions

1. Fry the minced meat and add the spice mixture.
2. Place the minced meat, sauce and cheese on the puff pastry, do the same again and roll up into a strudel. Brush with the beaten egg and put in the oven at 180 ° C until the dough is golden brown (15-20min)!
