Finely chop the onions, garlic and pepper pieces. Soak the bun in warm water. Squeeze out the softened bun and place in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and knead everything well.
Form meatballs from the meat dough with moistened hands and fry them in a pan until golden brown.
Potatoes and paprika vegetables go well with this, and I always use the remains of the peppers.
You can of course also use ground poultry.
As a measure of the size of the meatballs, I always use a tablespoon.
