Instructions
Toast the pine nuts in a coated pan without fat.
Put the watermelon, sugar melon, snake cucumber, spring onions, basil, and cheese in a large bowl. Whisk lemon juice, honey, vinegar and olive oil together, season with salt and pepper. Mix with the salad and serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
