Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices. Peel the onions and finely dice them.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly, then add the vegetables and fry them with them.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika.
  4. Add the cream and some broth and let everything boil down a little.
  5. Add sugar and spices to taste.
  6. This goes well with pasta or rice.
