Put the minced meat with the ham nuggets in a coated pan and fry until hot. Then add the diced onion and the finely chopped clove of garlic. You can of course also put the garlic in a garlic press.
After frying the ingredients, add the packet of paprika-chili-cream cheese and tomato paste to the pan and mix it vigorously. If you find the mixture a bit too dry, you can of course add a little water (approx. 2-3 tablespoon). In the meantime, you can boil the pasta in enough water. It is best to use Spirelli, as the sauce sticks best to these.
When the pasta is boiling, you can season the sauce with the chilli flakes, paprika powder, salt and pepper. If you want, you can vary the heat by adding a little cayenne pepper.
When the pasta is al dente, please pour it off and add it to the sauce in the pan. Mix vigorously again. Finally, pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle it with cheese. Put a little garlic granulate on the cheese and sprinkle some breadcrumbs over it. The breadcrumbs bind the fat in the cheese somewhat. This creates a nice crispy crust. Place the baking dish in the oven at 180 ° for approx. 30 minutes (please note that the cooking time can vary from oven to oven).
