Ingredients

• 2 hard-boiled egg (s)
• 2 tablespoon mustard
• 125 g mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls

Instructions

1. Peel eggs. Puree the yolks with the mustard. Finely chop the egg whites. Mix the egg mixture with the other ingredients until smooth and finally stir in the egg cubes and chives. Possibly season to taste (but gets plenty of flavor from the mustard and soy sauce).
2. Delicious with fondue and grilled food.
