- The noodles are cooked al dente in salted water.
- Cut the chicken fillets in strips, the zucchini and carrots in thin slices and the onions in small cubes.
- Fry the meat with the onion cubes in the heated oil.
- Conn. Add the remaining vegetables and cook everything together for approx. 8 minutes.
- Fold in the pasta, fry, season with salt, paprika and chili powder and serve.
- A little hint:
- Can also be eaten cold as a pasta salad in summer.
