Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the white cabbage and cut into thick strips. Peel and dice the onion. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly, turning. Add the onion and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper and remove, sauté the white cabbage briefly in the frying fat. Add the tomatoes with the juice. Chop the tomatoes a little. Bring everything to the boil, cover and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain. Mix the mince and noodles with the vegetables and heat again briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and noble sweet paprika.
