Mix the oat flakes with the flour, egg, a little salt and 1 teaspoon walnut oil. Add the milk. Let the thin dough swell a little (approx. 5-8 minutes).
Heat the other teaspoon of oil suitable for frying in a pan and bake one side of the pancake for about 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven (175 °) and then place the pan in the oven and bake the pancakes for another 10 minutes.
Heat / fry vegetables /. Divide the baked pancakes on a plate, divide the vegetables in half and fold over the other half.
Without the vegetables, the pancake has about 320kcal / piece.
