Instructions

  1. Cut and clean the pepper. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top heat for about 10 minutes (until the skin of the pepper is slightly burned). Let the pepper cool slightly.
  2. In the meantime, put the cream cheese with the peeled garlic cloves in a bowl. Now peel off the skin of the peppers and dice the sheep`s cheese. Put the peppers and half of the sheep`s cheese with the spices in the bowl. Puree well. Then add the rest of the sheep`s cheese and puree some more (not too runny).
  3. Important: do not add salt - the feta cheese is salty enough.
  4. Fresh (warm) bread goes really well with it or it is also very tasty as a substitute for tzatziki with meat, jacket potatoes and a delicious salad.
