Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, allow to cool.
Clean the celery and cut into 3-4 mm thin slices. Dice the peppers, ham and apple. Chop the chives and parsley and cut the spring onions into rings. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Put the mayonnaise in another bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper. Stir in the apple juice until smooth.
Mix the pasta with the chopped ingredients and add the mayonnaise. Stir again and let steep for 3 - 4 hours.
