Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and then pour off the water. If you need the salad quickly, you can rinse the pasta with cold water until it is cold. Otherwise just let it cool down.
  2. Grate the pepper with a grater. Of course, this is also great with a food processor. Squeeze the grated peppers with the help of a kitchen towel, otherwise the dressing will be too runny. The liquid obtained is not used in this recipe, but can be used in a dressing for green salad.
  3. Mix the squeezed peppers with the Miracel Whip in a bowl and season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fold in the pasta and season to taste. It is best to put the salad in the refrigerator and serve it cold.
  4. We always eat the pasta salad as a side dish when grilling.
  5. Small variation: the salad is particularly smart with thin strips of paprika salami.
