- Cook pasta.
- Cut the spring onions into thin rings, chop the vegetable onions very finely.
- Cut the tomato (cut out the stems) into small cubes, cut the paprika into small pieces. Mix the pasta with the vegetables.
- Mix the vinegar, oil and sambal into a sauce, mix with the squeezed garlic, pour over the salad, mix well and let it steep for at least an hour.
- The salad can definitely be kept spicier, but we like it great this way.
