Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook them unpeeled until cooked. Then peel and cut into cubes. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent, add the crème fraîche and deglaze with coconut milk. Add tomato paste, sesame oil and rosemary, season well with the spices and reduce a little. Add the potato cubes, cover with the sauce and let it get hot. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve. An Indian naan bread goes very well with it.
