Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey sausages into slices. Preheat a coated pan on the side and then fry the sausage pieces in it until they are golden brown (you can also fry them in a normal pan in a little oil). Turn the sausages several times.
  2. Cut the shallots into small pieces. Also cut fresh mushrooms into slices and dice the bacon.
  3. Now you take the golden brown sausage pieces out of the pan and place them on an extra plate or in a bowl for the time being.
  4. When the pan is free again, add a little oil and then sear the onions, mushrooms and diced bacon for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Turn several times. Remove from heat and season with chili powder. Then stir again and place the ingredients on an extra plate or in a bowl.
  5. Now we come to the potato noodles. You fry them in the preheated pan for 5 minutes, I did this in a coated pan without extra fat, as there was still some oil in the pan (from the onions etc.) It is best to cover the pan with one during this time Close the lid so that the potato noodles have a good consistency. When they are seared golden brown, add the seared things and a little cream and mix them through. Let it steep for another 5 minutes with the lid closed and finally season with a little salt and garlic. Possibly also add some chili powder again, for those who like it spicier.
  6. Then arrange the whole thing on plates and decorate with a pinch of finely chopped parsley.
