Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into larger cubes and cook them together with the meat broth for about 20 minutes. To make the soup creamy, strain about half of the potatoes with the stock through a sieve.
  2. Finely dice the bacon and onion and sauté until translucent. Add to the potato soup together with half a cup of sour cream and stir well. Season with salt, marjoram and nutmeg.
  3. Cut the meatloaf into slices and add to the soup and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Chop the chives and pour them over the soup before serving.
