Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Mix the crème fraîche and sour cream and season with plenty of salt and pepper. Press in the garlic cloves and stir in the soy sauce and curry.
Put the drained pasta in a baking dish and mix with the sauce. Dice the feta, cut the chiles into fine rings and mix in both. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, place on top and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the casserole with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
