• 1 bunch radishes
• 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoon apple juice
• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
• 6 tablespoon walnut oil
• Salt and pepper from the mill
• some honey

Instructions

1. Clean the radishes and dice them very finely. Mix the vinegar, juice, honey and mustard together. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the oil. Mix in the radish cubes and mix well.
2. The dressing goes well with green salad.
