Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and dice all vegetables and the potatoes. First sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, then the carrots, parsley root and celery. Then put the peppers and chilli peppers (chopped into small pieces) in the saucepan and cook with them. Put the potatoes in the pot and sauté them.
  2. Now add the paprika powder and tomato paste to the saucepan and sauté briefly, but be careful not to burn the paprika powder. Then add about 1 liter of water and season with salt. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and then add them to the pot. You can peel the tomatoes, but you don`t have to. Bring to the boil briefly. Possibly fill up with water again. Season with oregano, basil and pepper. Add a pinch of sugar. If necessary, season again with salt.
