Ingredients
- 2 cup rice
- 100 g ham, raw, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion (s), chopped
- 50 g olives, reen, pitted, sliced
- 1 small Can (s) mushrooms, cut
- 1 pepperoni, pickled in vinegar (from the jar), chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 glass white wine, dry
- 1 cube meat stock
- water
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Sauté the rice with onions, ham, olives, peppers, mushrooms and parsley in it.
- Deglaze with white wine and pour in enough water to cover the rice. Add the stock cube and cook in a closed saucepan over low heat for 20 minutes.
