Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Sauté the rice with onions, ham, olives, peppers, mushrooms and parsley in it.
  2. Deglaze with white wine and pour in enough water to cover the rice. Add the stock cube and cook in a closed saucepan over low heat for 20 minutes.
