Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the shrimps, the onions with the garlic in them and briefly toast the curry powder before you finally add the remaining vegetables and sauté them.
  2. Then pour the broth on. Let the vegetables simmer on low heat with the lid closed for about 10 minutes and season them with salt, pepper, lemon juice and tomato paste.
  3. Now add the cooked rice to the pot. Mix everything well, sprinkle the peanuts on top and let it taste good.
