Wash the turkey breast and pat dry. Rub with oil, salt, pepper and chili powder. Place on a drip pan and fry in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 C / convection 175 C / gas: level 3) for 1 1/4 hour.
Garnish with parsley and hot peppers.
A taco sauce, chilli sauce or other dips can be served with it.
